We offer a professional send-in repair service designed to restore, reinforce, and refresh the clothing you love most.
Whether it be jeans, a jacket, or a t-shirt, we're able to mend your garment back into shape though darning or through sashiko/ abstract hand mending techniques .
Zipper replacements are available as well.
How it Works
1. Submit a Repair Request
Fill out our repair form and upload photos of the item and the damaged area so we can provide an accurate quote.
2. Ship Your Item to Us
Once your repair is approved, we will send you an invoice for $10, which covers the prepaid shipping label we will be emailing you and instructions for packaging.
3. We Repair With Care
Your piece is professionally repaired using industry-standard techniques, high-quality materials, and a focus on durability and aesthetics.
4. We Ship It Back to You
Once finished, we send you an invoice for the final amount + shipping, and we’ll send your repaired item right back to your door. Fast turnaround times and tracking included.

Turnaround Time
Most repairs are completed within 10–15 business days after we receive your item.
Complex repairs or heavily damaged items may require additional time — we’ll notify you before beginning.
Darning Repairs start from $15 but can go up to $50 per hole/ section, depending on size and placement on the garment
You’ll receive an exact quote after submitting your photos.
