Shipping policy
Every item is handmade once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the making and delivery of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
Shipping
GRAY SPACE ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a dispatch email once your item is on its way to you. GRAY SPACE is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.
International Shipping
International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
